Reports To : Technical Advisor (Consultant to develop Shelter Management Protocol during emergency)
Terms of Reference Summary: The overall purpose of this position is to support and assist the Technical Advisor for manage the development process of Shelter Management Protocol/guideline during emergency. Technical associate will be responsible to assist in facilitating and mobilize necessary support to develop the protocol along with direction from Technical Advisor. S/he has to play a role to assist in facilitating relationship with other partners, cluster and other stakeholders (i.e. University, BDRCS, CPP etc.) for Joint assessment and review draft the Shelter Management Protocol/guideline during emergency. S/he has to conduct data collection, assist to facilitation the validate workshop and prepare the data collection and analysis protocol.
