This campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Priyo, (“Priyo Pay,” “we,” “us,” or “the Sponsor”). By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions

The Campaign runs from 6 September 2026 to 6 October 2026. Only activity completed within the Campaign Period counts toward points, deposits, and leaderboard ranking.

The Campaign is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, who hold a valid ID and a KYC-verified Priyo Pay account in good standing, and who reside in an eligible jurisdiction. The Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of the Sponsor and its partner banks and service providers, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and with the Sponsor’s account-verification, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering requirements.

You are entered when you create a Priyo USD Wallet and complete at least one incoming transaction during the Campaign Period. In Segment 1 (Lucky Draw), points are earned by deposits (one point per US $1 deposited, cumulative) and by qualified referrals (ten points per qualified referral, awarded to both the referrer and the referred user); each point is a single entry in the random draw. In Segment 2 (Top Depositors Leaderboard), participants are ranked by total USD deposited during the Campaign Period; referrals do not count toward leaderboard ranking, and the leaderboard displays ranking positions only, with individual deposit amounts visible solely to the Sponsor and the individual participant. Deposits that are reversed, refunded, or charged back, and referrals the Sponsor reasonably believes are fake, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise intended to manipulate the Campaign, may be excluded from point counts and leaderboard ranking and may result in disqualification.

Segment 1 prizes:
1st — iPhone 18 Pro; 2nd —5th — US $50 each, credited to the winner’s Priyo USD Wallet.

Segment 2 prizes:
US $50 each to the five (5) highest depositors, credited to the winner’s Priyo USD Wallet.

A participant may win only one prize across the entire Campaign; a participant selected for more than one prize receives only the single highest-value prize, and the forfeited position passes to the next eligible participant. Prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable. The Sponsor may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable; product images are illustrative, and exact model, color, and specification are at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Segment 1 winners are drawn at random from the pool of all valid points within 30 days after the Campaign Period ends; Segment 2 winners are the top 5 depositors recorded by the Sponsor’s systems at the close of the Campaign Period. If the 5th and 6th positions on the leaderboard have the same total deposit amount, the Sponsor will hold a lottery between them to determine the 5th place. Winners are notified via their registered email / in-app notification / phone/ and they must contact Priyo and complete any required verification within 30 days of the announcement. If a winner cannot be contacted or doesn’t reach out, is ineligible, fails to verify in time, or declines, the prize may be forfeited. Cash prizes are credited within 30 business days of verification; physical prizes are delivered to eligible delivery regions within 30 days of verification. Where delivery of a physical prize is not feasible due to legal, customs, warranty, or logistical reasons, the Sponsor may provide a cash alternative of equivalent value to the winner’s Priyo USD Wallet. Winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, customs charges, and other levies arising from a prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or cancel the Campaign, or to amend these Terms, at any time — including for reasons of system abuse, manipulation, fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirement, or any event that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the Campaign; material changes will be communicated through the Sponsor’s website and/or in-app channels and social media channels. The Sponsor may disqualify any participant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or acted in bad faith, and may verify eligibility and correct errors before prizes are awarded; winners are not final until verification is complete. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final and binding.
